 Thanksgiving week the Fruitland shop
will OPEN only on Tuesday, NOVEMBER 24th!

We will be CLOSED the remainder of the week, November 25-28, but we will be at the Fiber Expo in Ocean City--We'd love to see you!

        You can visit with Bill, Mary Beth and Christina in Denton, Maryland on August 7th where they will take part in the 6th Annual ONE STOP SHOP HOP!  Our shop in Fruitland will remain OPEN as usual on Thursday, so you can visit The Dusty Attic in 2 places that day!  

MAQ 2014 is Coming this Summer!

What is MAQ?

     A wonderful weekend - July 18-20 - of classes and more to improve your skills or to learn something new!  Registration has begun! Mid-Appalachian Quilter's weekend is held at Mount St. Mary's University in Emmitsburg, MD with meals provided and on campus housing is available.

Mary Beth will be teaching at MAQ again this year--it's one of her favorite venues.  Her classes will be Four Patch Pinwheel Throw(118) on Friday,  The Spicy Spiral Runner(218) on Saturday, and The WOW Bag(318) on Sunday. Mary Beth enjoyed being a student at MAQ for many years before she began teaching classes there.
